Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled, hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to support the day‑to‑day maintenance and upkeep of Mantuma Camp, located within the uMkhuze Game Reserve. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guest accommodation, public facilities, back‑of‑house areas, staff accommodation and infrastructure remain safe, operational and presented to the highest hospitality standards.

This role requires a multi‑skilled individual with experience across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and general building maintenance. Working within a remote bush environment, the Maintenance Supervisor will play a vital role in preserving the guest experience by responding promptly to maintenance requests, carrying out preventative maintenance programmes and ensuring minimal disruption to lodge operations.
