Maintenance Supervisor - Real Estate

Position Summary

Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week. Supervise maintenance technicians and manage contractors for service and repairs at assigned properties. Perform maintenance service or repairs with expertise in one or more skill areas (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, machine servicing, electrical repairs or installations). Estimate time and determine materials required to complete projects.
