Maintenance Supervisor (Injection Moulding)

What you bring (Essential)

• Trade Test: Millwright or Electrician
• N4 Electrical / Electro-Mechanical qualification (minimum)
• Proven experience in injection moulding manufacturing environments
• Strong hands‑on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and VSDs
• Minimum 5 years post‑trade maintenance experience
• At least 3 years’ supervisory or team‑leader experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong fault‑finding ability across mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience working in high‑volume production environments
• Strong MS Excel and reporting ability
• Exposure to CMMS systems (SAP or similar) advantageous
• FMCG, packaging, or plastics manufacturing experience
• Strong breakdown leadership experience in fast‑paced environments
• Proven ability to drive root cause analysis (RCA) and downtime reduction
