Job Description
Joining our Property & Network Development Team in Madrid, you will be in charge of operational management of retail maintenance activities across in Spain and Portugal – aproximatly 220 stores.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As Maintenance Specialist , you will take full ownership of maintenance operations in Iberia, ensuring service continuity, supplier performance and cost control, while supporting the department’s evolution toward a more structured and governance-driven operating model.
YOUR MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE AS THE FOLLOWING:
- Take full ownership of corrective and preventive maintenance across Iberia.
- Manage HVAC systems and seasonal risk mitigation (especially summer peak periods).
