Perform line maintenance work on aircraft in‑flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) systems and other aircraft equipment to ensure the serviceability and functionality of the system, thereby preserving the passenger experience. Carry out systems troubleshooting using PL 500, PL 1500, PL 2000, PL 3000 and PL 3500 tools, electronic theory, and test equipment. Remove and replace line‑replaceable units (LRU), seat end, head end in accordance with authority regulations, policies, and procedures. Complete all administrative duties associated with the maintenance actions performed.

• IFEC and aircraft systems maintenance: perform component replacement, adjustments, inspections, functional tests, and certification, following applicable documentation (AMM).
