Job Description
Technical Leadership/Support
- i. CONTRIBUTE to sales, engineering, operations, and project teams.
- ii. ABLE to develop and maintain technical standards, procedures, and best practices for APM, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and organizational goals with minimum guidance.
- ii. PREPARE technical documentation, including design specifications, maintenance & reliability strategies, and performance reports.
Team Management
- i. ABLE to perform as a medior role in the team within the assigned discipline, ensuring the effective allocation of resources and the achievement of team objectives.
- ii. PARTICIPATE in mentorship and technical discussion, and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and professional growth.
- iii. PARTICIPATE in regular performance reviews with TA, able to initiate individual and team goals, and foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
