Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance plans and set maintenance schedules in support of Maintenance and Engineering Teams requirements and available capacity.
• Be responsible for the transactional process of Maintenance planning in the CMMS to ensure accurate Maintenance orders and purchase releases based on required dates; collaborate with Facilities Team to manage capacity constraints.
• Be responsible for ensuring timely completion of Facilities work orders.
• Expedite and complete routine past‑due work orders and follow‑up to support the Maintenance schedule.
• Generate work orders using CMMS.
• Release work orders to Maintenance and Engineering Teams per the Maintenance schedule.
• Develop and execute improvements to focus on inventory reduction and material shortages.
• Be responsible for gathering and reporting established planning metrics in support of the overall Facilities metrics.
