ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
+ Develop, maintain, and monitor programs and systems such as Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS);
+ Plans, schedules, and coordinates all maintenance activities, both planned and reactive work, upon approval of management to ensure all work order are completed within the required timeframe;
+ Develop work plans for maintenance (PM, and Corrective work) with necessary information to allow efficient scheduling, assigning and execution of maintenance work through the use of the CMMS program;
+ Perform purchasing duties, as required, ensuring adherence to purchasing policies and 7/24 requirements for maintenance with required approvals;
