Job description:

Deliver a consistently high level of customer service, acting as a first point of contact for residents and providing a professional and responsive concierge-style experience.
Carry out statutory compliance checks and safety routines, including (but not limited to) weekly fire alarm testing, emergency lighting checks, water temperature monitoring, fire door inspections, and void property flushing.
Act as Fire Marshal in the event of an emergency, following all incident protocols and ensuring resident safety.
Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and legislation across the estate.
