Job Description

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join a dedicated Facilities team based in a beautiful location near the Conwy Valley. This rewarding temporary role offers the opportunity to support a well-respected charitable organisation providing vital care services to local children and families.

In the Maintenance Operative role, you will be:
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance 
Assisting with preventative maintenance and compliance checks 
Completing minor repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating 
Supporting fire safety, emergency lighting and water safety tasks 
Maintaining maintenance records and reporting faults
Assisting with the upkeep of external areas and equipment 
Supporting contractors on site and following health & safety procedures
Assisting the wider Facilities team with ongoing projects
