Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor

Summary If selected, you will perform a variety of operations and functions relating to the supervision, inspection, adjustment, repair, maintenance and alteration work on buildings, equipment and sophisticated heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems throughout facility. Responsibilities The duties may include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs of physical structures, including specialized quarantine greenhouses and screen-houses, diagnostic laboratories, mechanical support, administrative buildings. Performs full range of carpentry skills and building construction techniques in repairing, constructing, altering and maintaining wood, metal, masonry and concrete components of buildings and structures where quarantine is essential.
