Our role as a Maintenance Technician provides hands-on mechanical and technical support for production personnel operating high-speed packaging equipment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing a wide range of machinery including sorters, fillers, cappers, torquers, check-weighers, labelers, inkjet and laser coders, CCD camera inspection units, neckband/sleevers, cartoners, bundlers, case tapers, and compounding equipment.
In this role, you will work in a supportive team environment where technicians collaborate closely with operators, engineers, and maintenance staff to solve problems and improve processes.
