Performance Objectives
Maintenance Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the site maintenance function, providing hands-on and strategic leadership to maintenance engineers and technicians.
- Develop and implement a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and predictive maintenance strategy across all process areas.
- Own and manage maintenance KPIs (uptime, downtime, MTBF, MTTR, OEE support).
- Drive a proactive maintenance culture, reducing reactive breakdowns and unplanned stoppages.
