About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of building maintenance, systems operations, and site safety within their assigned community. You will lead preventative maintenance programs, coordinate projects and contractors, manage maintenance requests, and ensure timely, high-quality service across all building systems. This role also includes supervising and developing maintenance team members, supporting budgeting and planning, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
