The Operations Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of all Hard Services Facilities Management operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role provides leadership across engineering, maintenance, compliance, and service delivery teams, ensuring all activities are delivered in line with contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
