Maintenance Manager Ref: 4282

A leading agri-business in the Western Cape seeks a Maintenance Manager for their farming operations.

In this role, you will ensure reliable infrastructure and equipment performance by managing maintenance activities and executing capital projects across the operation. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for maintaining buildings, dams, roads, water and waste systems, as well as overseeing fleet, vehicles, and farming equipment. You will also lead preventative maintenance planning, manage asset systems, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
 
To be considered, candidates should hold an N6 with Trade Test or a tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. This role requires a minimum of 6+ years’ experience in a supervisory role within maintenance or engineering.
