Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify areas in need of maintenance and repair. Develop and implement maintenance schedules for buildings, landscaping, and common areas. Arrange for and supervise maintenance and repair work, including but not limited to building repairs, painting, plumbing repairs, electrical fencing, security booms, staff ablution facilities, and lighting maintenance. Maintain an inventory of all equipment and tools used on the property. Monitor that all maintenance and repairs are done in compliance with relevant regulations and building codes. Maintain records of all maintenance and repair work. Manage maintenance tasks as indicated in the 10-year maintenance plan and propose tasks for inclusion in the plan.
