Maintenance Manager - Polymer Center

**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Polymer Center Maintenance Manager is responsible for the management of Polymer Center equipment at one or more locations and managing a team(s) of technicians (mechanics & electricians) who are responsible for the preventive maintenance and repair of fixed and mobile equipment; building and facility maintenance; and the supervision of maintenance personnel on daily repair work and the preventive maintenance program. The Polymer Center Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing direction, either directly or indirectly, to a group of technicians to ensure that all repairs and maintenance to Republic Services’ machinery and equipment, including stationary sorting, grinding, and washing equipment, trucks, containers, powered industrial lifts, and other heavy-duty equipment, are performed in compliance with the Company’s safety and maintenance standards, and all federal and state regulations.
