Job Description
Education & Experience
- Qualification: Diploma or certified trade qualification in building, electrical, plumbing or carpentry,
- Experience: 5+ years of facilities/maintenance management experience, with at least 3-5 years specifically in a 5-star lodge, or remote game reserve.
- Driver's License: Valid South African Code 08/EB Driver's License
- Facility Management: Oversee the structural integrity and operation of lodge buildings, guest chalets, public areas, and staff housing.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement proactive schedules for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to extend asset lifespan
- Manage specialized bush infrastructure, including industrial generators, water purification plants, boreholes, solar arrays, and waste-water systems.
