We are hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a high-performing OSB facility in Northern Ontario. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of all plant equipment while leading a skilled team of maintenance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance supervisors, planners, and trades
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve uptime and reduce downtime
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance activities
• Partner with operations to optimize production efficiency and equipment reliability
• Manage maintenance budgets, shutdowns, and capital projects
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, TPM, RCA)
