Maintenance Manager (Food Manufacturing)

Reporting to the Plant Manager at our Menomonie, Wisconsin plant, you will lead the maintenance function to ensure reliable, efficient manufacturing operations while minimizing downtime and sustaining peak plant performance.

**A Taste of Your Responsibilities**

+ Lead plant maintenance and operations to reduce downtime and achieve optimal equipment performance
+ Direct the maintenance team, setting expectations and driving performance and accountability
+ Promote and manage safety across the Maintenancetechnicians
+ Promote and manage Food Safety Quality and Regulatory Affairs and Good Manufacturing Practices requirements
+ Develop and manage the maintenance operating budget while monitoring departmental expenditures
+ Support planning and cost estimation for annual and long-term capital budgets
+ Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and operational permits
