Hire Resolve’s client in the Food Manufacturing is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape. Responsibilities To plan, coordinate and implement all repairs and maintenance activities for the Processing Facility within the constructs of Occupational Health & Safety Regulations; and oversee the day-to-day performance of the Maintenance team Repairs and Maintenance: Manage all repairs and maintenance (preventative and emergency) activities and projects on brief, on budget and on time Staff Management Financial management, budgeting and due diligence regarding spending Procurement, stores & stock control, using a modern project management program Site compliance Fleet maintenance Maintenance of security systems Reporting Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Technical) Proven technical experience 3 years’ managerial experience in preferably a Food Processing environment Effective knowl...
