Maintenance & Facilities Manager – Automotive Manufacturing

Location: Kitchener, ON area

Base Salary: $120,000–$140,000

The Maintenance & Facilities Manager leads all maintenance, facilities, and reliability functions for a high‑volume automotive manufacturing plant in the Kitchener area. This hands‑on leader oversees a team of 25–30 skilled trades, ensuring secure, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 25–30 trades (millwrights, electricians, automation technicians).
• Build and execute preventive maintenance (PM) programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Oversee building systems, utilities, contractors, and facility upgrades.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance of PLCs, robotics, CNC equipment, and automated production lines.
