Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to manage the day-to-day physical operations of our 200-unit residential portfolio in Long Beach. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on technical skills, enjoys moving between properties, can efficiently manage and oversee in house crew, vendor contracts, preventative maintenance programs, inspections and unit turns.

Core Responsibilities

• Work Orders: Execute and track daily resident maintenance requests with a target completion time under 48 hours.
• Turnover Management: Coordinate make-ready schedules to ensure vacant units are completely turned over within 5-7 business days.
