Job Description
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Handyman. The successful candidate will ensure that all hotel rooms, spa facilities, public areas and operational equipment are maintained to a premium standard while supporting a seamless guest experience. Strong painting skills will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities Guest Area Maintenance Respond promptly to maintenance requests from housekeeping, front office and spa Conduct routine inspections and repairs of guest room fixtures and fittings. Assist with upkeep of spa and wellness facilities. General Maintenance & Repairs Perform basic plumbing repairs including leaks, blocked drains, taps and toilets. Carry out basic electrical fault finding and replacement of lights and fittings. Complete minor carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting and decorating tasks.
