With some of our long‑standing team members heading into a well‑deserved retirement this summer, we are hiring Mechanical and Electrical Engineers for our Print Site in Oldham.
Maintain and optimise high‑speed print production at Reach PLC . This is a hands‑on Mechanical or Electrical role focused on equipment reliability and operational uptime.
Core Responsibilities
- Reactive & Breakdown Maintenance: Rapid response to mechanical failures to minimise downtime.
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Execute structured maintenance schedules to ensure long‑term machine health.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify technical bottlenecks and develop SOPs to enhance equipment performance.
