Job Description
Maintenance Engineer – Electrical Bias
Full‑time role with a rotating weekly shift pattern Earlies/lates (##########0 / 140#####00), every 5th Friday off GMP Manufacturing, Skipton.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Engineer you will blend hands‑on expertise with technical leadership to drive reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced GMP‑regulated environment. You will shape the performance of production assets, particularly electrical systems, controls, and automation. Your day‑to‑day duties include:
- Optimising PPM schedules and leading root‑cause investigations when equipment requires smarter, safer and more efficient operation.
- Responding to breakdowns, validating line performance post‑repair and overseeing calibration activities.
- Closing out QMS actions and collaborating with Production and QA to keep operations flowing smoothly.
