Maintenance Coordinator

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you are responsible for contacting clients to offer preventive maintenance services, maintaining a client database, and coordinating product maintenance projects with project coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Contacting clients and offering preventive maintenance service
• Maintain a database of clients
• Maintain a calendar of clients subject to preventive maintenance
• Coordinate product maintenance projects with project coordinators

Qualifications

• An educational background in business management or equivalent
• Work experience in administrative and clerical work is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized
