Salary: £14.96 per hour (£29,179 per annum)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
DBS: Enhanced DBS required
Eleven 11 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Maintenance Coordinator to join their Facilities team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced multi-skilled maintenance professional to join a busy and supportive environment, carrying out a variety of maintenance, repair and improvement works across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering responsive and planned maintenance services, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard while meeting compliance, health and safety, and service performance expectations.
