Job Summary
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
This role acts as a liaison between maintenance, production, and other departments to minimize downtime and optimize resources.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate daily maintenance operations and assign tasks to technicians.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Maintain accurate records in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
Track and report maintenance KPIs (downtime, MTTR, MTBF, etc.).
Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction projects.
