Role & responsibilities

• Work Order Management : Track, assign, and prioritize incoming maintenance requests and work orders from inception to completion.
• Maintenance Scheduling : Develop preventive maintenance plans and organize schedules to minimize downtime.
• Vendor & Contractor Liaison : Procure materials and coordinate with external service providers (e.g., plumbers, electricians) for specialized repairs.
• Inventory & Resource Allocation : Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies, spare parts, and tools, reordering as necessary.
• Safety & Compliance : Ensure all maintenance tasks are executed in accordance with organizational standards and industry safety regulations.
• Record Keeping : Update maintenance logs, equipment histories, and budget reports using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
