Maintenance Attendant

Are you the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly?

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager of a hotel complex, the Maintenance Attendant performs general interior and exterior maintenance work. The incumbent must be able to carry out tasks related to building mechanics, electrical systems, plumbing, painting, and various minor repairs. Please note that this is a temporary position for a period of 4 months

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Proceed to visual inspection of the equipment

Actively participate in preventive building maintenance procedures

Perform daily maintenance work and reflect their activities in their schedule

Perform interior and exterior work

Report any defective systems and make the necessary corrections

Possibility of gathering materiel outside the property

Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects by move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladd...
