The successful candidate supports the Plant Manager and takes charge of all maintenance activities. This position must be an advocate for workplace safety, data driven management and optimizing equipment uptime. The candidate must be a self-starter, possessing the ability to manage multiple priorities, develop others, build systems and roll up their sleeves to get the work done.
