As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll help maintain the hotel’s physical safety and functionality and deliver memorable experiences for guests.
Responsibilities
- Support hotel facility maintenance: Assist in maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑house areas.
- Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders.
- Support a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
- Assist with preventive maintenance inspections: Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
- Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention.
