Our Norse TFM division are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our FM team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The Role
As the Maintenance Assistant you will be responsible for supporting engineers with compliance inspections, repairs, scheduled minor works, urgent reactive jobs and projects. Working predominantly with one customer, you will be an integral part of Norse building its reputation with this client for reliability, customer service, communication and quality. Ideally you will have building maintenance experience and be willing to learn with the engineers providing a wide range of minor repairs including plumbing, carpentry, floor and wall tiling, painting, lamp replacement, plaster, ceiling grids, locks, barriers, glazing.
