Job Description

Position Overview
The position will work independently and cooperatively to assist with the provisions of ongoing maintenance and repair activities of the facility, in accordance with established policies/procedures.
Experience
Minimum three years experience in related trades.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
Grade 12 or equivalent.

Certification/Licensure/Registration
Valid Class 5 driver’s license.

Complies with all legislation, regulations, i.e.: WHMIS, Workplace Safety and Health.

Qualifications and Skills
Three years experience in building operations management or related education.

Ability to coordinate contract service needs.

Must be reliable, dependable and punctual.

Considerate of the safety and economic aspects of equipment and supplies.
