Job Description: The Mainframe Production Support Analyst will provide production support for the client’s deposit system (Depo) and ensure stability of nightly batch processing. This role requires strong COBOL programming skills, OpenVMS expertise, batch troubleshooting experience, and knowledge of financial systems. The ideal candidate will support incident resolution, system enhancements, data extractions, and technical documentation while collaborating closely with business and technical teams.
