- Overall experience: 68 years
- Minimum 3 years in a professional enterprise environment
- Recent 2+ years hands-on experience with MDM / Jamf
- Manage and support (macOS, iOS) using Jamf Pro
- Design, implement, and maintain MDM policies, profiles, and configurations
- Troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, and policy-related issues
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (zsh / shell) for device management tasks
- Ensure device security, patching, and OS update compliance
- Integrate Jamf with identity, security, and directory services where required
- Provide Tier 2/3 support
