Machining Maintenance Supervisor (Santiago de Querétaro)

Lead a team of technicians ensuring the discipline and measure to achieve safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction targets. The main objective is to maintain equipment available for operation through correct maintenance execution. To ensure full compliance with the objectives set by the company and department.

• Responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Supervisor to all activities of his technicians.
• Lead a team working to analyze equipment issues (Root Cause Analysis).
• Constant communication with the planning leader to document the maintenance, considering improvement and activities in the ERP software.
• Ensure compliance with department KPIs.
• Involvement in new projects to ensure correct selection, installation and commissioning of equipment or processes.
• Ensure critical spare parts in the warehouse to avoid line stoppages. <...
