The machine operator will be supporting manufacturing operations will be making elements. This position requires operating rolling tables, trimming machines, and finishing tools while ensuring products meet safety, quality, and productivity standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate various element machines.
+ Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
+ Inspect incoming and in‑process materials for defects or damage.
+ Record production data, inspections, and process checks accurately.
+ Verify glue application for accuracy, consistency, and diameter per manufacturing standards.
+ Perform manual trimming to remove excess material and expose serial numbers.
+ Conduct detailed visual inspections to identify damage, defects, or quality issues.
