**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to set up and operate thermoforming machines. The role involves inserting proper molds and vacuum boxes, establishing heating and cooling cycles to ensure uniform part structures as indicated by work orders and/or blueprints.
**Shift:** 3:30pm-12AM M-Fr
**Pay:** 22.59-29.91
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure the selected mold has all required options such as stacking ribs, feet, name plates, and logos.
+ Set up operations for various processes including routing, drilling, and trimming.
+ Place plastic sheets in the comet machine and activate heating, forming, and cooling cycles.
+ Remove formed sheets from the press and place additional material in the press for further cycling.
+ Trim the formed material to prescribed size using band or table saws and clean edges by a deburring process.
+ Visually inspect completed parts to e...
