Machine Minder - Wholebird Team B

We are looking for a Machine Minder to join our Production team at Pilgrim's Europe in Dungannon. 

 In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of production machinery, maintain high quality standards, and support the day to day efficiency of the manufacturing process. You will work closely with colleagues, supervisors, and the maintenance team to keep production on track and equipment in excellent condition.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Liaising with the maintenance department to report any faults/maintenance issues with machinery

To adjust machines to obtain high performance and yield analysis

Change blades/heads and correct settings

Carry out daily yield tests

Maintain high performance of machines

Inspect and maintain product holders on a daily basis

Sign off checklist and record faults and changes made
