M&A & Post-Merger Integration Lead - Madrid (Hybrid)

• 5+ years of experience in M&A/Transaction Services. Fluent in English.
• The role covers end-to-end M&A execution.

Multinational distributor company. This is a high-impact, Iberia-level position based in Madrid.

M&A

• Conduct market screening and target identification
• Lead business case development, including synergy assessment
• Prepare executive materials and negotiation support documents
• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes (financial, commercial, operational)
• Ensure alignment with Group governance and approval processes
• Lead transaction structuring and closing

Post-Merger Integration

• Define and lead the integration roadmap aligned with the deal thesis
• Own the 100-day plan, with clear milestones, owners, and KPIs
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (Ops, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, ...
