Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and screen M&A targets aligned with IONITY’s strategic growth agenda, including charging networks and technology bolt-ons.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities and develop investment theses for senior leadership.
- Lead all workstreams of live transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence coordination.
- Build robust business cases and financial models, including DCF, scenario analyses, and IRR/return analysis.
- Coordinate external advisors (legal, financial, technical, tax) and manage data room processes.
- Act as the key internal coordinator across Finance, Legal, Operations, and People & Culture.
- Support post-acquisition integration planning and handover to operational teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategy consulting.
