British American TobaccoUK has an exciting opportunity for M&A Finance Senior Manager in London
The role’s purpose is to bring technical and project management expertise to the M&A process within BAT Group. Provide advice and effective input into the planning, negotiation and execution of acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and other M&A transactions for BAT Group.
On large transactions, provide analytical and technical support, as well as manage discrete workstreams (e.g. Due Diligence).
On small-mid size transactions, run the entire transaction process, including team member management, external advisers and internal governance (alongside M&A legal)...
