Job Description
An established corporate finance / advisory environment is looking for a high-potential newly qualified CA(SA) who has recently returned from international secondments and is eager to build a career in M&A. This is a strong entry point into deal execution, valuations, and transaction advisory work within a fast-paced, high-performance team.
The role is ideal for someone who has seen best-practice finance environments abroad and now wants to apply that exposure in a transaction-focused setting, working closely with senior dealmakers on live mandates across buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory work. Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end M&A transactions including buy-side and sell-side mandates
Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, scenario analysis)
Assist with valuation analysis and investment case preparation
Prepare pitch books, teasers, and client presentations
Conduct industry, company, and competitor research to support deal orig...
