Job Description
For one of our clients we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Adoption Success Manager & Business Analyst . You’ll partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate needs into practical M365 use cases, improve business processes, drive measurable adoption, and build internal capability through champions and structured knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business engagement and discovery across stakeholders to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities
- Capture, document, and prioritize business requirements for M365 enablement
- Document and improve current-state and future-state processes, creating process flows aligned to Microsoft best practices
- Map business needs and processes to the right Microsoft 365 workloads (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Entra, Purview, Intune, Viva, Power BI, Defender, Graph)
