Team Manager – Investment Banking Reconciliation
Key Responsibilities
Lead reconciliation teams across multiple functions including FOBO reconciliation, MF reconciliation, cash, trade, position, and nostro reconciliations.Ensure operational excellence, quality, control compliance, and SLA adherence across all reconciliation activities.Provide strategic oversight on break management, exception reporting, aged items, and operational risk mitigation.Partner with senior stakeholders across front office, operations, finance, technology, risk, audit, custodians, and fund administrators.Drive transformation initiatives including automation, process redesign, migrations, and productivity improv...
