Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for front-end UI, API, and performance testing.
- Enhance and extend existing automation frameworks to improve test coverage and reliability.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps Engineers.
- Establish QA standards, best practices, and automation strategies across the engineering team.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers and Product Managers to review requirements, identify testability concerns, and define acceptance criteria.
- Investigate and troubleshoot test failures, distinguishing between application defects and test automation issues.
- Work closely with engineering teams to resolve defects and improve product quality.
- Evaluate and leverage GenAI tools to enhance testing processes, including test case generation, test data management, and test result analysis.
