InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Turkish & Lebanese dining destination. You will lead a service-focused team, ensuring refined, authentic dining experiences and seamless daily operations in a luxury resort setting.

You will coach staff, maintain high standards, collaborate with the kitchen, manage rosters and budgets, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue through upselling and event executions.
